Croatia Hamilton Men in solid position heading into the second half
Frank Perin — Winners of seven straight games, Croatia Hamilton’s Men sit in top spot in the Hamilton & District Premier Soccer League with a three point lead on East Hamilton 76.
Since a season-opening tie against Dundas — their only blemish thus far — the A-Team has outscored opponents 42-8 in seven wins, including three shutouts and five wins by five or more goals.
Over the past three games J.J. Grubisic has led the assault with ten goals, Zvone Laus has notched four, while Matt Ozimec and veteran Tomislav Bilic have each chipped in with a pair.
The second half of the season gets under way tomorrow at Mohawk 3 against Hamilton Polonia. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. Fan support is greatly appreciated, so come on out and cheer the boys on!
